initial registration (with paper abstract) - right away (the sooner the better) 
response with acceptance - immediately after registering
sending in of the paper text - until July 31st, 2026
sending of the reviews and assessment to the authors - until August 20th, 2026
first deadline for fee payment (“early bird”) - until September 15th, 2026
sending in of the final version of the paper - until October 1st, 2026
Conference – 16th October 2026
