Papers,
accepted for presentation after potential modifications, resulting from
the reviews, shall be officially published prior to the Conference on
the Society’s website.
Authors shall then be invited to write the extended version that will be
directed either to a special volume from Springer Verlag (perhaps more
than one volume), or to one of selected journals and submitted to
complementary reviewing procedure, on the top of the reviews leading to
the acceptance for the Conference.
Enclosed are the instruction for authors and the LATEX and MS Word style
files, serving the purpose of the Conference proceedings publication.
