Papers accepted for presentation shall be published prior
to the Conference on a disk, handed out to the participants, bearing the
respective ISBN number. Authors shall then be invited to write extended
version that will be directed to selected journals and submitted to
complementary reviewing procedure, on the top of the reviews leading to
acceptance for the Conference.
Enclosed are the instruction for authors and MS Word style file, serving
the purpose of the Conference publication on a disk.
